The Blanca Telephone Company provides home system telephone service throughout Costilla and Conejos counties for a flat monthly rate. There are NO MINUTES to buy! We have roaming agreements throughout the United States so your phone will work while you are vacationing.
While using the HOME system, the wireless phone serves as a landline phone. This means, all of your local calls are free and your long distance calls will be billed for long distance only. Please call or e-mail us for more information.
